1. Service Delivery Policy

Our Mission

At Shanumi Documents Clearing, we are committed to achieving the highest standards of efficiency in navigating government and corporate administrative processes. Our focus is on delivering timely and accurate services to facilitate smooth and hassle-free documentation for our clients.

At Shanumi Documents Clearing, we strive for efficiency in navigating government and corporate administrative processes.

  • Timeline: Processing times vary depending on the specific government entity (e.g., DED, Amer, Tasheel). Estimated completion dates provided at the start of service are projections, not guarantees.
  • Method of Delivery: Completed documents (visas, licenses, or attestations) will be delivered via secure email (PDF), physical collection at our Business Bay office, or via authorized courier at the client’s expense.
  • Urgent Processing: Premium “express” services are available for specific document types, subject to additional government and service fees.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of document clearing and government interactions, the following rules apply:

  • Government Fees: Any fees already paid to UAE government authorities or third-party entities are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  • Service Fees: Our professional service fees are refundable only if work has not yet commenced. Once document verification or submission has begun, service fees are earned and non-refundable.
  • Rejections: While we provide expert guidance, Shanumi Documents Clearing is not responsible for applications rejected by government authorities. No refunds will be issued based on a government department’s decision.

3. Warranty & Liability

  • Accuracy Guarantee: We warrant that we will process all documents with the information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all submitted data is authentic and valid.
  • Limited Liability: Shanumi Documents Clearing is not liable for delays caused by government system outages, changes in UAE law, or courier delays.
  • Document Validity: We guarantee that all documents cleared through our office are processed through official legal channels.

4. Website & Privacy Policy

Your data security is our priority, especially when handling sensitive legal identification.

  • Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to complete your requested service (e.g., Passport copies, IDs, Trade Licenses).
  • Confidentiality: Client information is strictly confidential and will never be sold or shared with third parties, except for the government entities required to fulfill the service.
  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and analyze site traffic to better serve our Business Bay clientele.
  • Governing Law: These policies are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
